I am so freaking pissed right now.

Recognitions are not given to teachers and esp to Early Childhood educators.
One freaking good example is my mum.
Yes,
she was the one that agree for me to do early childhood.
and yet
she can tell me to just keep quiet even when i personally witness something unpleasant at this field.
like a seriously.
I freaking cannot understand.
I have my own stand and perceptions in this field.
Code of ethics was taught and instilled.
I know wad is going on and yet, I cant freaking say anything just cause I am not a full-time teacher there??
I mean seriously. I didnt even confronted the teacher straight in her face.
WHAT THE HELL IS MY MUM's PROBLEM!?
I dun freaking understand where's her brain.
she say that the child can say it out if its unpleasant wad.
like WTF?
the child is a special needs child.
the child cant even express his "DON'T WANTS" in to words.
and you expect a child to express "a_ _ _e" into words towards the parents?
she said i should keep quiet about it.
like how the hell?
its not a one-time occurence
and its several time already.
HOW TO KEEP QUIET ABOUT IT.
and because of wad has happen,
the child started hitting the other children.
AND YOU ARE TELLING ME,
THIS IS A FREAKING TEACHER's PROFESSIONALISM!!

sometimes, i think a teacher's professionalism really boils down to individual.
if you want tt recognition and respect,
you JOLLY WELL make sure you know how to get it and get it for YOURSELF.
seriously.
if you dun even advocate and believe in the things you do,
HOW THE EFFING HELL would you expect others to respect and recognise you for the things you do?!?
