人生在追求
( when we as humans trying to get wad we want in life )
得到的同时，

总要付出一定的代价，
( we will have to bear concequences when we get the things we want )
正视得与失，
( we need to look at wad we have and have lost )
人就会在得到的时候，

懂得必然的失落
( we would know the necessary loss )
也会在失落的时候，
( and when we are depressed about the loss )
懂得如何从失落中
( we would be able to know how to cope with the loss experienced )
找回自我。
( and we would be able to find our own selves )

well..

this few weeks is not an enjoyable period..
life just sux..
and i hope it would be better..
